1. Competitions are based on total number of registrations. If the number of registrations are low in a particular region, than the organizers hold the right to cancel the particular competition, and then refund the amount paid by existing registered participants / visitors.
2. The Participation ticket cannot be cancelled / transfer or refunded.
3. The date and venue of the competition can be changed by the organisers subject to the availability and whether conditions. The same will be notified to all the registered visitors/participants by email.
4. Please print this e-ticket and carry it along on the day of the competition
5. The e-ticket can allow only one person to compete.
6. Participants below 18 years of age will not be allowed to compete at the event.
7. The ticket is invalid if the on-line payment is not successfully done.
8. All Participants will have to report at the registration counter 2 hours prior to the start of the event. Participants reporting late will be dis-qualified from the competition.
